Nutrition
Training, exercise and any movement is essential for health but what we eat and put into our bodies can outdo our training in more ways than one. Nutrition is key and should not be overlooked regardless of how much we train. Our bodies are fuelled on what we give it, when we give it and how much we give it. For years we have been told fruit and vegetables are a must and having a 5 a day is the way to go - I disagree. From my experience I have noticed that we are all intolerable to certain foods because our bodies are unique, through genetics, foods which are bodies have been used to eating and changes in our metabolism as we age and our bodies change, means our food choices will need to adapt too.
