I started training with Nadia after my doctor suggested I rebuild strength following a frozen shoulder. I wasn't thrilled by the idea. But Nadia has been brilliant. My Mobility is fully back, i've rediscovered muscles last seen in around 2004, i'm feeling more toned and lighter. What began as a chore had turned into something I look forward to- those early morning sessions are suddenly easy thanks to her friendly, supportive and motivating approach.

I started doing PT with Nadia to get stronger and get a better technique, so as not to get injured when I exercise on my own. Nadia is a fantastic trainer, very good and intuitive at designing a session thats exactly the workout I need, which builds up my strength and confidence, makes me feel great long after and gradually improves my strength and stamina. I can see incredible improvement in my overall strength wellbeing after just a couple of months. Training with Nadia as been great!

Nadia has trained us for over a year now. We have gone struggling with basic exercises to taking them completely in our stride. Nadia is such a force of nature always bringing energy and passion to every session and never making it boring. We feel so much better for these sessions- both physically and mentally. Everyone needs a Nadia.
